Brook Wells is a 20-year-old fierce competitor with an impressive max deadlift of over 400 pounds. She is a go-getter shows no mercy in CrossFit competitions. She has been involved with Crossfit for a couple of years but has already made her mark as a promising up and coming star.

*A 2007 CrossFit Games champ, the 37-year old Jolie Gentry Macias is the first-ever “Fittest Woman in the World.” Funny thing is, she didn’t hear of the sport until a year before she competed. After winning in ’07 she has participated in consecutive games through 2009. She is currently serving as a police officer in the PD department of Newark, California.
On several days a week, hardcore CrossFit athlete Camille Leblanc-Bazinet engages herself in multiple workouts. She has been involved with CrossFit for four (4) years now and weighs/measures all of her food to ensure peak performance. She began working out with her twin but the fiery desire to compete quickly spread to her family.
The 28-year-old, 5’1″ CrossFitter follows a strict regimen. But she’s not your cookie-cutter athlete; she eyes up her food (aka she doesn’t measure how much she eats), but makes sure that her food choices are nutritionally sound.
Twenty-nine-year-old Alessandra Pichelli is a CrossFit and GRID Athlete was born and raised in Canada. Pichelli placed 4th in the 2013 CrossFit games. She teams up with the Diablo CrossFit Anejo team out of Northern California.
*Emily began participating in CrossFit in 2012. At 5’7″ and 164 pounds, the former basketball player at the University of Windsor boasts impressive lifts of a 240-pound clean and jerk and a 190-pound squat.
*She only spent 6 months getting ready to qualify for the 2011 CrossFit Games. Since then, Akinwale has been a mainstay in the competition and a force to be reckoned with!
Before she made her name as a CrossFit athlete, the former model was an All-American gymnast at the University of Arkansas.
At 32 years of age, the 5’9″ Crystal McReynolds has been a CrossFit coach and athlete since ’07 — which is totally obvious since she looks like she’s carved from stone!
